The Presbytery Goes on the Road

Two separate groups from the Presbytery of Hamilton will be traveling outside Canada during August 2008.

The Choir from Central Church, Hamilton, are going on a tour that will take them to London. England, and Dublin, Ireland. While in London they will be sharing in the daily worship services at St. Paul's Cathedral and then they will have the same opportunity at St. Patrick's Cathedral in Dublin.

On August 9th. a group of people representing four Hamilton congregations (Alberton Church, St. Andrew's Ancaster, St. Paul's, Carluke and Chedoke, Hamilton) will be going to Guatemala to help construct a new church building for a Guatemalan congregation that they have been raising funds to assist.

West Flamboro Enters the Internet World

West Flamboro Presbyterian Church has now joined the world of the Internet. Their eye catching site was designed by Katelyn Galer, and provides an attractive framework for them to grow into as they begin to develop their web presence. You can visit them at www.wfpconline.com. Check them out now but plan to return to their site again soon as they have a variety of plans for enhancing their site.

St. Paul's, Hamilton, Launches Website

St. Paul's Church in Hamilton has joined the Internet community. Their new site is www.stpaulshamilton.ca One of the more dramatic features of their new site is a "Virtual Tour" of the historic St. Paul's building. When you take the tour be sure to explore both floor levels and the panorama shots as well. Check out this newest entry in the Presbyterian Web Community in the Hamilton area. Congratulations St. Paul's! This is a nice addition to the other events marking your 175th. Anniversary.
